Product Overview
Round flange linear bearing is an embedded flanged linear sliding bushing with outer steel shell and inner graphite bronze alloy liner. It adopts solid graphite embedded self-lubricating technology, replacing traditional ball linear bearings. No continuous oil supply required, greatly reducing maintenance work. The circular flange with mounting holes enables fast installation and positioning directly onto equipment frames. It features high load capacity, low friction, excellent wear resistance and shock resistance, suitable for dusty, high-temperature, oil-forbidden working environments widely in automation, CNC machinery, textile and packaging equipment.

- Matching shaft surface hardness recommended ≥HRC50, surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μm for longer service life.
- Not suitable for ultra-high speed continuous rotation; designed for reciprocating linear movement.
